Most of what consumers think they know about palm oil and health is wrong. We correct the record with peer-reviewed science, medical partnerships, and a new international scientific conference built for the next wave of nutrition dialogue.
Palm oil is roughly 50% saturated and 50% unsaturated, naturally cholesterol-free, trans-fat free, and the richest known dietary source of tocotrienols. Peer-reviewed studies now show palm oil performs on par with olive oil on cardiovascular markers. The consumer conversation has not caught up.
This pillar closes the gap. We fund the research. We brief the doctors. We train the dietitians. We publish the papers. And in September 2026, we bring the world's palm oil scientists to Mumbai.
"Palm oil is bad for your heart because it is saturated fat."
Palm oil is roughly 50% saturated and 50% unsaturated. It is naturally cholesterol-free and trans-fat free. Recent studies show palm oil matches olive oil on key cardiovascular markers when eaten as part of a balanced diet.
"Palm oil causes cancer."
There is no evidence that palmitic acid causes cancer. Concerns about 3-MCPD contaminants in refined oils apply to all vegetable oils, and Malaysian palm oil operates within EFSA limits through refining controls.
"Palm oil has no nutritional value."
Red palm oil is the richest known source of tocotrienols, a form of Vitamin E up to 60 times more potent than tocopherol. It contains 15 times the carotenoids of carrots, plus CoQ10, Vitamin K, and squalene.
