MPOC will organize two sessions in Istanbul and İzmir, focusing on the bakery industry. These events will feature seminars and live baking demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Malaysian Palm Oil (MPO) in bakery applications. Participants will gain insights into how palm-based fats can improve efficiency and enhance the quality of bakery products, addressing the growing demand for palm-based industrial fats in Turkey’s fats and oils sector.
