The World Food Istanbul is the largest food and packaging exhibition in Turkey, featuring over 370 exhibitors every year. This event brings together local and international producers and brands and in 2023, 835 exhibitors from Turkey and 78 international exhibitors participated for the World Food Istanbul.

Turkey is a big market for Malaysian palm oil and has the potential to absorb more especially on downstream sector such as margarine which is used as a substitute for butter and vegetable fats for industrial usage.

MPOC Egypt will organize a side program called the "Malaysian Palm Oil Vendor Development Forum on December 2, 2024". The project is scheduled with MPOC's participation in Food Africa 2024.

Food Africa, the 9th International Trade Exhibition for Food & Beverages, has established itself as a premier event for industry professionals to discover the vast business opportunities in Egypt, Africa, and the MENA region.

MPOC will organize two sessions in Istanbul and İzmir, focusing on the bakery industry. These events will feature seminars and live baking demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Malaysian Palm Oil (MPO) in bakery applications. Participants will gain insights into how palm-based fats can improve efficiency and enhance the quality of bakery products, addressing the growing demand for palm-based industrial fats in Turkey’s fats and oils sector.
