The Palm Oil Promotion in HORECA Sector in Vietnam & Korea aims to raise awareness of palm oil applications among culinary professionals and students. A series of workshops will be organized in at least two or three culinary schools in each country, targeting young chefs to highlight palm oil’s role in food preparation. Malaysian suppliers will be given the opportunity to sponsor cooking oil for these programs, showcasing its benefits and versatility. This initiative also seeks to engage local food distributors, encouraging them to import and supply palm oil to restaurants and food services, ultimately reaching household users.
